1 Introduction

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on KLBet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

2. You are a natural person (individual) with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
3. You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.

5. You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of KLBet, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.

KLBet reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of any Balance pending verification outcome.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To open an Account with KLBet, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

• Valid email address

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the KLBet Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies; currency conversion, if required, is the Player's sole responsibility and cost.

Accepted Deposit Methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong online banking, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT).

Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. In cases where this is not possible, KLBet will process withdrawal to an alternative method verified under the same Account holder's identity.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

1. KYC verification must be successfully completed prior to withdrawal processing.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
3. Any active bonus funds must be fully wagered in accordance with applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal request can be processed against the associated real-money Balance.
4. KLBet reserves the right to impose additional verification checks on withdrawal requests deemed to present elevated risk, without limitation.
5. Withdrawal processing times are indicative only. Standard FPX and DuitNow transfers are typically processed within minutes during business hours; Bank transfers may take 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution.

KLBet does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (including but not limited to your bank, eWallet provider, or cryptocurrency exchange) may impose their own fees. KLBet accepts no responsibility for such third-party charges.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the KLBet Platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this Section and any specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

Sports Betting:

• Bets can only be accepted from funds held in an Account's verified real-money Balance. Bets placed using Bonus Funds are subject to additional restrictions outlined in Section 7.
• KLBet reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on any market, event, or Account at its sole discretion.
• In the event that a bet is accepted in error — including erroneous odds resulting from technical malfunction or human error — KLBet reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's Balance.
• Bets settled on incorrect results due to data provider error will be re-settled upon confirmation of official match results.
• Live/in-play bets are accepted at KLBet's discretion. Delays in live data feeds are beyond KLBet's control and will not constitute grounds for cancellation of accepted in-play wagers.

Casino & Live Dealer Games:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested for fairness.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game server's records, which are treated as final.
• Malfunction of any game software voids all associated plays and returns the applicable stake to the Player's Balance.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

KLBet offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, refer-a-friend rewards, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all KLBet bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
2. Game Contribution: Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Sports bets typically contribute at a stated percentage per settled bet. Slots, live casino, and other game categories may contribute at varying rates.
3. Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not met within the stated time period will be forfeited automatically.
4. Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, maximum single bet limits may apply. Exceeding these limits may result in bonus forfeiture.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise by the relevant promotion.
6. Abuse Prevention: KLBet reserves the right to withhold bonus awards, cancel bonuses, or recover bonus-derived winnings from any Player found to be exploiting bonus terms through prohibited strategies, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or use of automated systems.

KLBet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to individual Players in respect of bonuses currently in progress.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the KLBet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or using third-party identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or in any communication with KLBet.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to access your Account.
• Colluding with other Players to fix outcomes, share information, or otherwise obtain an unfair advantage in any betting market or casino game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tool to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform without human intervention.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or system. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or convert proceeds of crime.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any part of the Platform.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name or for which you are not an authorised holder.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

KLBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Account balance arising substantially or entirely from exploitation of technical errors.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or lawful instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds and any funds held pending investigation) will be returned to the Player via their primary verified payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC checks and any necessary investigation period.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting KLBet Support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the KLBet Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, text, graphics, images, audio and video materials, and trade marks — is owned by or licensed to KLBet and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to:
